Just help e.V. and The Crew of Jeffreys Bay (South Africa) who started the campaign "LETS FEED JBAY", came together through a strong bond between same-minded spirits. Unified through sports, arts, business visions, passion, and love for our planet and its future, we implemented this powerful bond to empower the community for change.
WHAT HAPPENED
South Africa is in many ways far removed from the rest of the world. Despite many issues, people can live relatively carefree. When the coronavirus started to evolve, people could not cope with the implemented measures.
The country has been struggling with the shutdown. A group of friends, Rhynhardt (Chokka) Trahms, Tobias Schroeder, Dylan Lightfoot, and Remi Petersen, joined Steven Sawyer to help the community in JBay receive food.
Remi Petersen reached out to Just help e.V. about the situation and which specific problems the community and their campaign "Let's feed JBay" in South Africa during COVID-19. Inspired by the hard work and passion of the Crew of Jeffreys Bay, Just help decided to support more people around the world struggling with the COVID-19 crises.
